Simplified workflow.

One of the biggest challenges is finding the time to write software and not getting tied down in important but inefficient daily operations. In 2003, I wrote an app to help manage and streamline day-to-day tasks here at YENCO.COM and through the years I've continued to refine it. Key features in the latest version include:

	Customers: You are very important. Whether you have contacted me to request a lost registration code or I need to contact you about an update or upgrade, the customer section makes it fast and easy.			Import: With just one click this app is able to quickly import new customer data, feedback, registrations and Kagi monthly data, verify codes and update the sales, Mac OS and processor charts.
	Feedback: This section provides me with a threaded view of all messages, lets me make notes, reply directly or with the Mail app, and link to the projects section for tracking bug reports and suggestions.			Mac Usage: This section displays Mac OS and processor data obtained from my apps that helps me to allocate development resources that best serve the majority of my customers.
	Sales: This section enables me to keep track of sales for all or individual products so I know what financial resources are available and can allocate development resources accordingly.			Projects: A danger when writing apps is going off on a tangent or adding "one more feature" and never managing to release a product. This section enables me to set clearly defined goals to keep on track.
	Codes: Kagi handles order processing for all YENCO.COM products, but I need to supply them with codes. This section makes that simple and also monitors registrations for hack attempts.			Promotion: When new products are ready for release, I'm not done working... I still have to get the word out. This section provides all the necessary tools to notify users and the press.
	Launcher: When I need to track down a bug or add a new feature. When I need to allocate funds for a project. When I need to promote my products. All the required tools and references are only a click away.			Built on Framework 2.0.6: Many of the great features in my application framework can be found in this app and any improvements made will benefit all my other products as well. Its a win-win!
